Due to the worldwide developments of the coronavirus pandemic and in line with recent advice from the UK government, we are announcing the reschedule of the upcoming Woodland Dance Project to the 26th of September 2020.
The whole team are devastated by this news as we have been working non-stop to put the finishing touches to May's event.
This pandemic is something that is affecting the welfare and health of everyone on the planet and along with other promoters in the same situation, we need to be collectively responsible and act accordingly during this difficult time.
The coronavirus pandemic is something that we must all take seriously and postponing the event until later in the year is unfortunately, the correct decision to make.
Tickets purchased for May's Woodland Dance Project will be automatically transferred to our event in September. If you have purchased travel or hotels most providers are transferring bookings free of charge, please contact them as soon as possible to rearrange.
The events and music industry is currently on its knees but we can unite and bounce back if you support your favourite festivals, promoters and venues by carrying your tickets forward to rescheduled dates.
We are eternally grateful for everyone who has attended the Woodland Dance Project in the last few years and made it such an honour to put together, we were aiming to make May's event the best one yet and we are very disappointed that this will no longer be the case – However, we will be back in September with essentially the same line-up with some additional guests for good measure!
We are very grateful for your support and all kind messages that we have been receiving.
The new lineup additions are:
